Hello, and thank you for joining us today for a few inspirational moments with C. Melita Webb. I usually do not attempt to record when my emotions are high. However, in today’s climate, it has been a struggle. So today is a moment of the full truth. I am tired of the vitriol animosity, aggression, and microaggression. Honestly, it is too much to expect anyone to handle every day and not be emotionally drained. We must do better to protect our families, communities, and each other.
How are we willingly looking past God’s edict to love? How are we saying that we love God, and yet we purposefully hurt God’s children? Enough is enough. As a mother, I am tired. As a woman, I am tired. As a child of God, I am tired, and I am hurt. So today, you will hear unedited, unfiltered momma bear. Remember, when I fight for my children and me, I am also fighting for you and your children. No matter your skin color or hue. I love God, and therefore I love you. ~CMW

My hope is that one day we will no longer have battle stories that speak to the division of humanity. Praying that we learn to see, accept and learn to thrive together. Love you!
