Social Distancing, communication, and the need for connectivity.

Today we talk about the social distancing policy and how Chronic Regional Pain caused me to disconnect from community involvement 15 years ago. I share my experience and understanding of the need to stay connected and find healing ways to communicate.
I offer my outlook on walking in the spirit of gratitude and the joy I receive from being able to connect and share tidbits of knowledge, moments of inspiration, and loving thoughts of comfort.
We discuss life challenges and how staying connected increases our comfort and helps reduce stress. Thank you for being part of our journey. Walk in peace and live in a calming spirit.
