Today we have a fully open, loving conversation about anxiety, stress, self-care and mental health services. We give you options, suggestions, and areas to be cautionary.
Show notes and suggestions: journaling, select teas such as: Lavender, Lemon Balm, or Passion Flower. Watching movie comedies such as Woo, Pest, Stir Crazy or Friday. Reading the Bible or inspirational books, exercise, or gentle stretching like yoga. Employee Assistance Programs, nutritional support, building up coping skills, cooking and baking loaves of bread.
